Careers at Parish

Parish participates with the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest Group Benefits Trust for our medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits. Being part of the Trust gives Parish and other Trust schools the stability necessary to remain competitive with our benefits & premiums. We have FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and HSA plans available through the Trust. The school also makes annual HSA contributions for those participating in the high-deductible medical plan. 

Parish offers a retirement plan that includes a generous 5% match and 100% vested accounts starting at the beginning of employment. The match increases based on years of completed service for eligible employees.

Parish Excellence in Teaching Institute – PETI grants were established to support teachers’ efforts to rethink, revise, and improve their curricula and their classroom practice. Each year, faculty is encouraged to apply for grants to promote student engagement aligned with school priorities and initiatives. 

Teacher Endowment – Through generous gives from friends of Parish, funds are available to be applied for to employees who desire to further their education. 

Full-time employees whose children are accepted through the school’s normal Admission process will be eligible for 50% tuition remission. Employees are also eligible to apply for financial aid. 

Parish offers generous holiday and time off benefits for full-time faculty & staff. 

Complementary lunch is provided for all faculty & staff throughout the year.

Parish provides a strong educational foundation for over 350 students, so they can grow academically, socially, physically, and spiritually. Parish provides a balanced and joyful learning environment for our students. Our teachers and staff help children create the passions and skills necessary to accomplish their goals and dreams. With numerous opportunities to safely explore their world, our students can engage and connect with lessons in a hands-on way.  

Midway Campus (3rd-12th grade): 4101 Sigma Road Dallas, TX 75244 

Originally  designed by I.M. Pei  for ExxonMobil, nearly 50 acres of grounds and buildings now serve students preparing for a life after college. Surrounding this central building are athletic facilities complete with two gymnasiums, playing fields, and the Gloria H. Snyder Stadium.
