Tuition Assistance

Parish Episcopal School is committed to fostering an inclusive community, including students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Parish’s tuition assistance program provides accessibility and affordability and ensures that children admitted to Parish have the opportunity to attend and flourish regardless of their family’s financial resources.

Parish’s tuition assistance philosophy is based on the principle that each family contributes to their student’s tuition to the extent they are financially able. No family should assume that a Parish education is out of reach solely for financial reasons.

Tuition assistance is provided in the form of tuition-reducing grants for tuition and fees. Grants are not discounts, but rather actual dollars credited to the student’s tuition account. Please note that tuition assistance is very limited for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten.

Evaluation of admission applications is not affected by whether families apply for tuition assistance. We encourage prospective families who think they might need tuition assistance to apply by the deadline, as funds may not be available at a later date.

Parish ensures a fair, consistent and equitable assessment of each family’s ability to pay educational expenses. The entire process is completely confidential. The School does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or any other category protected by law in the administration of the tuition assistance program

How to Apply

Parish works with Clarity, a third-party organization, to collect and verify families’ financial information. Clarity offers a streamlined, mobile-friendly application (available in Spanish) that can typically be completed in 30 minutes. In addition, Clarity transfers your 2024 tax documents directly from the IRS, eliminating the need to upload those manually.  

When creating your Clarity account, be sure to use an email you regularly check, as we may need to communicate with you about your application. You can save your progress and return at any time. Please remember to return to your dashboard after you submit your application, as Parish requires you to upload additional tax documentation, including 2023 tax return and W-2s, current paycheck stubs for each parent and business tax returns for parents who own a business.
