Meet the Development Team
Carrie has been working in independent schools for over seventeen years, most recently in development at Parish for the past seven. She grew up in Austin and graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in English and M.Ed in Educational Administration.
When she and her husband aren’t cheering on their two sons at their various sports related activities, Carrie enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends and running. She is involved with several local non-profits and is a member of the Junior League of Dallas. She loves Parish’s sense of community as well as its forward-thinking attitude.
Amanda caught the “fundraising bug” early, starting her development career as student ambassador in her high school’s Development Office. Prior to joining Parish 6 years ago to manage the Limitless campaign for the Gene E. Phillips Activity Center and the Noble Family Performing Arts Center, she spent the last decade working in various development roles in higher education – most recently serving as Campaign Manager for Colorado State’s $1B campaign. She has a B.A. and M.A. from Florida State University.
When she’s not at Parish, Amanda enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles with her rescue dog, Captain Pancakes. She is a passionate advocate and volunteer for children’s literacy and currently serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profits. Her favorite thing about Parish is the “radical hospitality” of the community!
Diane has worked in independent schools since she was 22 years old. At Parish she taught first and third grade before she became the first full time Parish Alumni Director in 2007. In 2019, she was named Alumni Relations Emerita and Special Events. She attended the University of Oklahoma for 3 years, got married and graduated from Midwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree plus an endorsement in Early Childhood Education.
She enjoys visiting family and friends in Oklahoma, spending time with a variety of friends in the Dallas area, traveling, reading, and cooking. Diane spends some time each month helping family and friends that need her support. Obviously she loves Parish since she has worked for Parish for 36 years!
Lauren took on the role of Parish’s Director of Alumni Relations in July 2020 – but this was not her first Parish experience. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication in 2011, the proud ’07 Parish alumna could not wait to return to Parish to work in the Advancement Office.
She has spent the last ten years strengthening alumni bonds through fellowship, establishing lifelong learning connections and cultivating alumni as mentors, volunteers, advocates and donors for Parish Episcopal School. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, spinning on the Peloton, spending time with family and rooting on the Baylor Bears!
Kristen is new to the Development team, but not new to Parish. She has been a proud Parish parent for eleven years. During that time, Kristen served as President of the Parents’ Association, 2019 Parish Gala Co-Chair and Founder and Chairperson of the Head of School Council.
Kristen has both her BBA and MBA degrees from Southern Methodist University. She and her husband, Brian, have been married for 20 years and have two daughters, Grace and Nora. Grace is a member of the Parish Class of 2023, and Nora is a freshman at the Shelton School.
When she is not cheering on the Parish Panthers, Kristen enjoys cooking and entertaining with friends, visiting family in Mississippi, and listening to her husband talk about golf.
Ally came to Parish in 2019 after moving to Dallas from Oklahoma City. After her years of working in the Alumni Office at the University of Oklahoma, she knew she wanted to continue to work in Education. She grew up in Checotah, Oklahoma, famous for being the hometown of country singer, Carrie Underwood.
Ally has a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Oklahoma. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and cooking, working out, spending time outdoors with her husband and English Lab Ruger, being with family and friends and cheering on her Oklahoma Sooners!
Jacque has been working with independent schools and non-profits for 15 years. Jacque started working with Parish as an independent contractor in 2013 assisting with the databases being utilized by the Business Office, Registrar and Advancement. In 2018, as the Advancement Services & Database Manager.
In her spare time, she enjoys church, family and college football and baseball.
